I’ve been running my search business for 12 years, working as a headhunter in retail marketing and design and POS/POP. I started my career in retail management, and then worked in retail design and display as a sales executive, regional sales manager and sales & marketing director. I’m fascinated by people – what makes them tick, what their values are, and my key motivation is to help them develop and achieve their goals. Setting up an executive search business was a natural move for me. I also run occasional training courses for companies of all sizes in the UK and Europe. I have a diploma in performance coaching, and often carry out one-to-one mentoring.
I’m tri-lingual, speaking commercial French and German, and am very European in approach and attitude.
My passions outside my work are my family, playing guitar, Chelsea Football Club, France and running my French discussion group, and being surrounded by interesting, authentic, fun people.
